You have several features, including the delivery status report, designed on the same principle as the order status report. It provides details, for the chosen period, of deliveries and returns, including the quantity ordered, the quantity delivered, the quantity remaining to be delivered, and the quantity in stock.
You can monitor your stock status with the Stock Movements report. It offers the following report types: inventory discrepancies, theoretical stock, stock movement, inventory movement, consumption analysis, coefficient and margin, inventory movement type 2.
You will also find the Shrinkage column, which is very useful for identifying the difference between the theoretical stock quantity and the quantity entered during inventory. It allows you to instantly spot stock discrepancies.
A credit note is generated when an invoice is not settled after delivery, meaning a return slip is involved (products returned to the supplier), or if certain products are not delivered. Credit notes have the same characteristics as invoices, except they are calculated as a negative value if the corresponding invoice amount is positive, and vice versa. Credit notes can be issued to ensure consistency in tracking the purchasing process.
